RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

IN STOCK ITEMS

We want you to be thrilled with your selections, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we'll be happy to accept returns of unworn and unused items 14 days after receipt of the order. All merchandise labels and tags should be intact on the item, and all original branded packaging must accompany the returned item to be eligible for a refund. We request you unpack carefully, retaining all the original packaging in good order. To maintain the integrity of our products, we must insist that NO LABELS ARE REMOVED until completely satisfied with your selection.

Lingerie

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottoms that have been tried on in direct skin contact. Accordingly, please try bottoms over your own undergarments.

SAMPLE BRIDAL GOWNS

It is our sincerest hope that you are happy with your Claire Pettibone Sample wedding dress. To ensure you have time to find that perfect gown, we allow a 2-day try-on-period. Please use this time to check the quality and fit of the gown. If it is not the one for you, please contact our customer care department within 48 hours of receipt of the gown to initiate the return. Once the gown is returned and inspected, and found to be in the same condition as shipped, we will issue a full refund for the sample gown. Shipping charges are not refundable. Gown must be returned in the original box with all packaging material and tags attached.

MADE TO ORDER & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Due to delicate nature of the materials and craftsmanship, return of made to order and special order items are not accepted. We strongly encourage you to learn as much as you can about the items you are selecting before completing your purchase.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We encourage you to check the item(s) carefully when you receive them and inform us within 3 days of any damage or faults. Please contact us via email or by phone 800-411-4242 to get instructions on submitting for a damage claim. Unless these procedures are followed, will not be able to offer an exchange or refund for damaged items.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

Please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. If the above guidelines are met, we will issue you a RMA and shipping call tag. Repackage the items being returned in the original box and apply the shipping label. Be sure to include all original branded packaging. Make sure the RMA number is visible on the label provided.

 

EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT

Once your returned item is received and accepted, a credit will be posted to your account. You can check the status in your My Account information page. Credits can be used to apply to another purchase or exchange. CPHB does not offer full refunds.
