Heirloom items are made to order. Due to fluctuations in material availability and the time required for craftsmanship, orders may take from 4 - 12 weeks to process and ship. All orders will ship as stated below. If you believe our standard shipping will miss a crucial date or event, please contact us and we may be able to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.

Please note, payments will be processed in full, including shipping charges if applicable, at the time your order is placed.

We understand that you may be ordering an item for a specific date or occasion. If the delivery time indicated on the item is past your event date, please contact us to see if a rush can be accommodated. Rush fees may apply.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is not included with your first shipment, you will receive a back-order notification.

If an item is sold out or becomes unavailable, you will be notified within ten(10) days of placing your order and refunded in full.



Shipping is complimentary for all standard delivery orders (5 - 7 business days) via UPS ground service. Domestic shipping is for valid addresses in the 50 United States, Guam and Puerto Rico.



All deliveries outside the 50 United States, Guam and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS International Delivery (5 - 7 business days). The cost will range from $100.00 - $200 USD determined by the weight of the shipment.


International Orders are shipped FOB Los Angeles. Clients are responsible for all duty and VAT payments required for importing the ordered items.



To protect your purchase, a signature will be required on all shipments. If no adult is available to sign for the package, please indicate in special instructions that you are waiving this service before completing the purchase, and will assume any risk of theft or loss.
